Miss Understood Therapy Doll From Bob’s Burgers Amigurumi Crochet (Pattern Only)

Ever want to channel your inner Mr. Frond and create his ridiculous(ly amazing) therapy dolls? Look no further. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A DIGITAL ITEM (PDF) FILE AND NOT THE FINISHED ITEM!!

This 8-page crochet pattern contains detailed descriptions and photos to help you create your very own Miss Understood and will require you to have crochet knowledge. The pattern is in English and written in US crochet terminology.

Difficulty Level: Easy

Materials needed to create a 11.5 in (28.5 cm) tall toy:

  • Paintbox Yarns Cotton Aran in Ballet Pink, Daffodil Yellow, Grass Green, and Granite Grey
  • 3.5mm Crochet Hook
  • Scissors
  • Darning Needle
  • Locking Stitch Markers (Optional)
  • Pins
  • Polyfil Stuffing or Scrap Yarn
  • Black Embroidery Thread
  • Fabric Glue (This is optional, I used this to glue the hair down to the Head)

I used Paintbox Yarns Cotton Aran to create Mr. Frond’s Therapy Doll Miss Understood from Bob’s Burgers, but you can use any cotton yarn as long as you correspond your hook to the weight of your yarn.

For this pattern, I used roughly 35g of Ballet Pink (a little more than half skein of yarn), 30g of Daffodil Yellow (a little more than half skein of yarn), 30g of Grass Green (a little more than half skein of yarn), and 30g of Granite Grey (a little more than half skein of yarn).
