They’ll be giving away

Know a good cause to crochet/knit for? Leave it in the comments down below! I’d love to compile a list to help those who are interested in getting involved with their communities through yarn crafts.
Thank you for the link. I love to crochet densely stitched caps and scarves for warmth, and plan to crochet some and drop them at the homeless shelters in my city in Central Ohio. My daughter and I have come to know some folks who sell a Street Paper to earn a bit of money, and I would like to give them items personally. Because I live in a major city, there are multiple options for donated goods.
I used to crochet caps for children with hair loss from medical treatments, but that was years ago, pre-pandemic. I am disabled but crocheting items for others is relaxing and enjoyable. It would be great to have money for yarn. I enter contests to win yarn and watch for sales online. I lost 90% of my stash to flooding several years ago and am just now replacing some of it.
Hi Beth, that sounds amazing. Good luck with the application!
