Here’s the final Lilo & Stitch amigurumi pattern to finish off the week! Scrump is a handmade toy that Lilo made herself. I think my favourite thing about this toy is that the imperfections actually add to it, which is great for me because I’m not the best at sewing parts together.
*Scrump is a character trademark of The Walt Disney Company
Free Scrump Doll Amigurumi Crochet Pattern (Lilo & Stitch)

Assembly
- Pinch the centre of the Bow Body, place a pin to mark if you want.
- Wrap the bow centre around the centre point of the bow body and sew through the middle of the bow body. Run the thread through a couple more times to secure. When it’s secure enough, make sure the tail is coming out of the bottom of the bow.

- Sew the bottom of the hair together, making sure you’re zig zagging it as you stitch (like with a drawstring bag). Pull the tail to cinch the bottom up and tie a knot with the base tail.

- Pin the bow, hair, and eyes to the face so that you can see everything together and have a better idea of where each component should be. For your reference, my bow was sewn into round 2 of the head and the hair immediately behind it. Top of Left Eye: Row 9. Top of right eye: 2 rows below the top of the left eye. 6 sts between the eyes.
- Pin and sew the bow onto the top of the head.
- Sew the hair right behind the bow. Sew the eyes on.

- Pin the body to the head, making sure that the wide side of the body is facing you. Sew body to head, making sure not to cover up the pink stripe around the neck.
- Sew the belly button to the belly.

- Pin the arms to the side of the body and sew, making sure you’re not covering the pink stripe around the neck. Pin the legs to the bottom of the body and sew. The positioning of the arms and legs don’t have to be perfect, since Scrump is a handmade rag doll and should look hand made.
- Using yellow embroidery thread or the yellow yarn you used for the hair and stitch an X onto the centre of the black eye.
- Using baby blue yarn, embroider 4 dots onto the blue eye.
- Using black embroidery thread or black yarn, stitch an X onto the centre of the belly button.

- With black embroidery thread, embroider a mouth onto the face.

Here’s a video tutorial showing how I like to embroider my amigurumi toys:
Embroider some vertical lines on top of the mouth with red embroidery thread or pink yarn.

This is the best pattern I have seen for scrumptious. My daughter is using stitch for her baby’s theme cant wait to make this for my grandbaby!
Thank you so much and congrats to you and your family! 🙂
I was using this pattern because I was going to be stitch for Halloween and I think that is the best Halloween costume! Thank you!
Thank you so much.
Very easy to follow.
My scrump it’s so beautiful.
I’m glad you enjoyed the pattern! 🙂
Love this pattern so much. Thank you.
I noticed the crochet hook size used on the free Scrump pattern was 3.5 mm and the hook size on the purchased pattern was 5.00 mm. Why is that?
Hi Gloria,
Just checked the pdf and it says 3.5mm in the pattern itself. If you’re referring to the shop listing page, that’s a typo from copying and pasting, apologies! I’ll fix it now. Thanks for letting me know!
So we use 3.5 hook ? 🙂
Yep, 3.5mm hook. You can adjust the hook size to work better with your tension too (if you crochet loosely, then going down a hook size or two is fine).
Abby
Abby, thanks for clearing this up for me. Can’t wait to start on this cute pattern. Hugs!
No problem Gloria. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the pattern! 🙂
Abby, thank you for this wonderful pattern. My daughter showed me a Scrump pattern but it wasn’t well written. I found yours. It was so easy to follow and i was able to use it with closeout Loops & Threads jumbo 7 yarn in the perfect color! It’s about 30″ tall and about 12 lbs and my daughter just loves it. Thank you so much!
How did you embroider on it and make it stay without visible knots on closed crochet? Im new to that part and so confused.
Hi Ashland,
Can’t believe I didn’t post my embroidery video that I literally made for this pattern… my bad!
Here’s how I embroider my amigurumi items: https://youtu.be/gM-ZVa1p7oA
Hope this helps!
Abby
You dont have to answer me back but how did you block the copy and paste action. I too, am a small business owner but lose so much creditibility due to copy and paste pouchers. I am in awe that I never knew this option was capable.
Thanks for the free pattern 👍🏼I like you YouTube page also 👍🏼
This is one of the first pattern I was able to understand. Beginner crochet. Thank you.
